Investor Eligibility and Definitions

Designed for Professional and Well-Informed Investors

The funds and sub-funds managed by V PLUS PLUS Ltd are intended for Professional Investors and Well-Informed Investors who satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.

Access to, and investment in, any fund or sub-fund is subject to the terms and eligibility conditions set out in the relevant official offering documentation. Such documentation contains the complete investment strategy, terms and risks and shall prevail over the information provided on this website.

Well-Informed Investor

A Well-Informed Investor is an investor who is not a Professional Investor and who satisfies the applicable conditions under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of the Republic of Cyprus.

In particular, the investor must provide written confirmation that they have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to evaluate the merits and risks of the proposed investment, or that their professional activity relates to the management, acquisition or disposal of assets of the same type as those in which the relevant AIF invests.

In addition, the investor must meet at least one of the applicable financial, professional or assessment criteria prescribed by law, including investing at least €125,000 in the AIF or being appropriately assessed by an eligible regulated institution or investment manager.

Certain additional categories of persons may also qualify as Well-Informed Investors in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Professional Investor

A Professional Investor is an investor who is considered to be a professional client, or who may, upon request, be treated as a professional client, within the meaning of Annex II of the applicable Cyprus legislation governing investment services and regulated markets.
